The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case no. 163C/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife has made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture. She got two children but thereafter her husband-petitioner ousted her from the house due to non-fulfillment of demand of cash and motorcycle. It is submitted that the petitioner has already divorced his wife and therefore there appears no chance of compromise between the husband and wife.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13687 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
