The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is informant of this case. The petitioner lodged the FIR with allegation that his daughter was murdered by named accused Rama Shankar Chaudhary for the reason that Rama Shankar Chaudhary had some affairs with the daughter of the petitioner and the petitioner had settled the marriage of his daughter with some other person. During investigation suspicion was raised that in fact the petitioner committed honour killing.

No.15595 of 2018 (5) dt.08-05-2018 P2/ Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.52 of 2012, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
