The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 30.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49176 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2015. In this case, the trial has not yet been concluded. Medical evidence does not support the prosecution version and due to land dispute the petitioner has been implicated to which the learned A.P.P. seriously opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur.

No.37030 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Magistrate is directed to commit the case at once so that the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within six months, failing which the petitioner if at no fault may renew his prayer for bail.
