Earlier counter affidavit had been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6560 of 2011 dt.07-08-2015 2/2 State. Today counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar.

In view of the materials brought on record in the counter affidavits, it appears that all admitted dues to the petitioner have been paid to him, though after a few months of filing of the writ petition. No rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner denying such position, though copy of the counter of the State was served upon him on 25.06.2011 itself.

In view of the aforesaid, the application, having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
