The petitioner seeks bail in Doriganj P.S. Case No.127 of 2020 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant apprehended the petitioner and recovered one Hero Honda Passion Pro motorcycle. The registration number of the motorcycle was standing in the name of the petitioner but it transpired that the petitioner has affixed the number plate of his own motorcycle on the stolen motorcycle which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 21.08.2020 and he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than five months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 13th, Saran in connection with Doriganj P.S.
