JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,379 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner Sarowar Sharma put fire arm on the temple of the informant and demanded extortion, petitioner Fulo Sharma snatched gold chain worth Rs.60000/- and petitioner Sarowar Sharma snatched Rs.20,000/- when the husband of the informant came he was also assaulted. At earlier point of time also the case was lodged by the informant side with similar accusation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13606 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 819 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saharsa.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
