2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 21 of 2024 arising out of Roshna P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that total 44.4 Kg. ganja has been recovered in this case.

4. The appellant has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 20.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84308 of 2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39325 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.04.2024 and, since then, he is rotting in judicial custody without any fault. He further submits that there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.

6. There is no new/fresh ground for re-considering the prayer for bail of the petitioner which has already been rejected by this Court on merit, as stated above.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
