2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 32(I) (II), 36 and 34 (I) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 718.56 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the goat farm of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The said goat farm is in open field and lying abandoned condition . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail. He is in custody since 02.04.2024 .

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise IInd Patna in connection with Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 214 of 2022.
