The petitioner seeks bail in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 19 persons including the petitioner are alleged that they all caught Bablu Kumar and Harendra Sahni put cement bag on the head of Bablu Kumar. Bablu Kumar became unconscious and died during course of the treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is mere member of the mob and she is a lady.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.11204 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 petitioner is a member of mob, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S.
