Petitioner was apprehended while carrying seven litres of country made wine on 29.04.2016 having no criminal antecedents as has been disclosed under para-3 of the instant bail petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Bishwanath Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhaura Dano (Mahuawa) PS Case No. 43/2016.
