This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.16100 of 2016, whereby the petitioner was granted bail, with regard to alias name and address of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, in Criminal Misc. No.16100 of 2016, in the cause title, the address of the petitioner was correct but the petitioner was remanded in the present case detailing his alias name also with permanent address, i.e., Tara Chand Yadav alias Taro Yadav alias Sunil Yadav, son of Yogendra Prasad, resident of village-Basantput Morkaha, P.S. Akbarnagar, District-Bhagalpur, which would appear from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33770 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 Annexure-„2‟ to this application, and prays for modification in the cause title of the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.16100 of 2016 in this regard.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.16100 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the same, the name and address of the petitioner be read as "Tara Chand Yadav alias Taro Yadav alias Sunil Yadav, son of Yogendra Prasad, resident of villageBasantpur Morkaha, P.S. Akbarnagar, District-Bhagalpur" in place of "Tara Nand Yadav alias Taro Yadav, son of Yogendra Prasad Yadav, resident of village-Rathi, P.S. Haweli, Kharagpur, District-Munger".

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.16100 of 2016, this application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj (Akbar Nagar) P.S. Case No.189 of 2004.
