JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2021 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 269 of 2015, dated 15.11.2015, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only on the confession of an arrested accused person, viz., Dhiraj Kumar Gupta. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or

No.37535 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 269 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
