Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had engaged a lawyer who did not appear on the date fixed in the matter as a result whereof Cr.WJC No. 1325 of 2017 stood dismissed for non-prosecution. Learned counsel submits that in fact, the Advocate who was engaged to appear in the writ application is no more.
