The petitioner seeks bail in Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 54/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

80 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the place situated by the side of a river and five persons including petitioner were apprehended.

It is submitted that the petitioner was not arrested on the spot. 80 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the place situated by the side of the river and it is alleged that the petitioner and others were preparing country-made liquor. It is further submitted that petitioner has nothing to do with the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 54/2015.
