2. It appears, appellant was the applicant for grant of licence for establishing L.P.G. outlet. His request has been refused and the refusal was assailed before the learned Single Judge on the

Patna High Court LPA No.1573 of 2012 dt.20-07-2015 2/2 ground that the appellant was better suited than the grantee of the licence and he should have been considered.

3. Learned Single Judge has considered the said submission and observed that the Corporation is the best Judge to decide the location for opening the new outlet in terms of the guidelines of the Ministry.
