====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is informed that in the statement, recorded under Section-164 of the Cr.P.C. the victim specifically, stated that she has solemnized her marriage with co-accused Dharmendra Kumar Ram, who happens to be full brother of the petitioner and at the time of recording her statement, the victim disclosed her age as 20 years, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3/1 to this supplementary affidavit.

No.35109 of 2016 (6) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate- Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
