The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khaira P.S. Case No. 78/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant alleged that she was earlier married to Deepak Rai. She got three daughters, but her husband died in the year 2008 due to heart attack. The informant was working in Nursing Home and she came across with Ajit Kumar Pandey @ Rinku Pandey who offered her to marry with Shyam Babu Rai. The informant agreed to marry with Shyam Babu Rai. Shyam Babu Rai established physical relation with her.

It is submitted that the petitioner is negotiator of marriage of Shyam Babu Rai with the informant, but the petitioner neither received any money nor ill-treated the informant. It appears that the informant herself alleged that the petitioner negotiated for the marriage of Shyam Babu Rai with the informant, but the petitioner did not ill-treat with her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 78/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
