Petitioners seek bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are innocent having no criminal antecedent, have falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. The matter is of love affair. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36360 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 dated 19.07.2019 and 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 44488 of 2019 and 45045 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let it be kept on record. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019.
