By way of filing an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 455 of 2013 dated 29.08.2013 registered under Sections 448, 504, 436 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(iv)(v)(x)(xv) of the SC and ST (P.O.A.)Act.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a
