This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of theft is against unknown persons. Co-accused, Birendra Rajbanshi, confessed before the police his guilt and he has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7660 of 2017. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of Birendra Rajbanshi.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court.
