Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence is said to have taken place on 10.01.2019 and case has been lodged on 02.02.2019. The victim has returned back after one week. Victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that Najma and Ravina had taken her. They have handed her to one boy, who took her to Patna. Another boy took her from Patna to Pune. She did not identify both the accused.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
