2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 161/2023 registered on 25.03.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons, including the petitioners. As per the FIR, petitioner no.1, namely, Manisha Kumari @ Manisha Devi is alleged to have assaulted the informant by lathi causing injury on her right leg whereas the allegation against petitioner no.2 is omnibus and general.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the allegation levelled in the FIR itself, no offence either section 307 of the IPC or Section 379 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioners and apart from the said sections, the rest sections are bailable. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. In the facts and circumstances., let the abovenamed petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30000/- (thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like ₹ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 161/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
