JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the Respondents to release the salary and other consequential benefits to the petitioner for the period of suspension i.e. from 30.01.1996 to 23.02.1996. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent no.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph nos. 14 and 15 of the counter affidavit of Respondent no.5. He submits that Respondent no.5 has already stated that after due consideration, a decision has been taken to regularise the suspension period treating the same as duty period and ,accordingly, a reasoned order has been passed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7065 of 2011 (6) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent no.5 submits that no sooner the allotment is received, payment will be made.

In view of statement made in the counter affidavit of Respondent no.5, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
