22-08-2016 Heard Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Mashrak P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was pillion rider of a motorcycle, which was intercepted by the police and due to non-production of papers relating to the vehicle in question, the petitioner with other two persons were arrested on the ground of recovery of stolen motorcycle. It was further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the driver, who was driving motorcycle namely Ravi Kumar, has already been granted bail by this Court, vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32344 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 order dated 20-08-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34932 of 2016. He submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is student.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Chhotan Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016.
