Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the order of the petitioner, others allegedly assaulted with dagger etc. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2019. Investigation of the case is complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Town Police Station Case No.170 of 2019, subject
