2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 277 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the learned court below.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application in the Court below.

4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
