Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the chances of settlement in future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
