The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No. 480 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant entered into an agreement with Sanjay Gupta to purchase lands of the petitioner. The informant further alleged that he gave money through cheques as well as cash and the petitioner also received cheques of Rs. 3 lakhs. It is submitted that the dispute is of civil nature. Coaccused Sanjay Gupta has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33109/14. The case of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13641 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 petitioner stands on better footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 480 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
