Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner was only the order giver. Allegation of firing is not against this petitioner. other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 16.03.2016, 09.01.2017 and 27.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 11717 of 2016, 54703 of 2016 and 13941 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Naveen Kumar Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S.
