The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having caused the death of victim lady on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan dated 03.01.2018, has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the compromise petition has also been filed. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14807 of 2018 (8) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016.
