The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have kidnapped the victim. From reading the statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that the alleged victim is a major and she has travelled to Delhi and stayed with the alleged kidnappers and thereafter came back. She has accepted the fact that she was having a relationship with the petitioners before her

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Chapra at Saran in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2022.
