Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned Assistant Solicitor General submits that in the writ petition, there is no merit. He submits that the petitioner at the time of recruitment to the post of Constable/GD-2010 was firstly found medically unfit, but since there was provision of filing appeal within a period of 15 days, after obtaining certificate from other medical officer, the petitioner filed petition for review, which was entertained and petitioner was again examined by review medical board and he was declared medically unfit. Thereafter, the candidature of the petitioner was cancelled. Be that as it my, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution.
