Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner on a four years old girl. Hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
