The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/448/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that one Raj Kumar Mehta, who submitted a written report to the Officer Incharge of Manikpur O.P. stating therein that on 31.03.2019 at 07 O' clock in the morning, informant was sitting at the door, meantime, Santosh Kumar Mahto and Umesh Mahto have come at the door of the informant and begging earlier dues money, Santosh

Account of this matter all accused persons are abusing and beating from Lathi, Danda and Tabe, Santosh Kumar hit by the Taba on the head of the informant he sustained head injury and blowing the blood and he was fell down unconscious position. After that informant sent to the Community Health Centre by the collaboration of the Co-Villagers for treatment. Petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have already been granted bail vide order dated 26.06.2019. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, case diary and injury report have been called for. The case diary and injury report have been received. The injury of the informant is simple in nature.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner no. 2, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No.
