The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others are co-sharers and some dispute arose for cutting the Shesham trees. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted her with chair, but from perusal of the injury report it appears that one scratch injury was found and dimension of the injury was 1⁄4"x1⁄4"x1⁄4" and was simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23470 of 2015 (3) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
