The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with all accused persons came at the door of the informant and started abusing with saying that Jitiya and rupees one lac was looted and pillar was broken for which case was lodged which case will be withdrawn otherwise they will be killed and all the accused persons assaulted the informant with fists and slaps. On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22805 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 counter case. From perusal of the case diary it appears that the injuries are simple in nature.

On behalf of the State and the informant it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S.Case No. 50/14, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
