1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner had moved before this Court by filing a quashing application being Cr. Misc. No. 39716 of 2023 in which this Court by order dated 28.06.2023 has been pleased to grant stay as such for the present the anticipatory bail application has become infructuous, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file again an application for grant of anticipatory bail in accordance with law.
