JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate No. 12 appearing both for the State and the Bihar School Examination Board. A show cause is filed on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Education Department, stating therein that the order dated 3.10.2012 passed in CWJC No. 15977 of 2012 has since been complied with by passing a detailed speaking order on 2.5.2015, a copy of which order is annexed.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, no case for
Patna High Court MJC No.185 of 2015 (3) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 proceeding under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 2.5.2015, it shall be open to him to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.
