Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 16 and 17 of POCSO Act.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 11.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38456 of 2016 and analogous cases and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court POCSO) Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
