Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation appears and submits that the writ petition is not maintainable at the instance of the petitioner being not a Contractor and in no way concerned with the transporting work of the Corporation.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the petitioner to press the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
