2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2016 in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
4. Considering however, that on the confessional statement of the petitioner, another co-accused Jitendra Choudhary has been arrested and from whose possession recovery has been made, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
