The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 27 (c) of 2021 for the offence registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Pursuant to the last order, the mediator's report dated 25.01.2023 is on record showing an agreement between the parties by which they have agreed to a settlement and the petitioner will be paying Rs. 3 lakhs as also all the articles enumerated in the agreement that will be returned to the lady. Taking into account the positive development, this Court would extend the privilege of anticipatory bail subject to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40727 of 2022(5) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 payment of Rs. Three lakhs as also the articles that have been enumerated in the mediation report and a certificate to this effect being submitted at the time of bail.

Let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Complaint Case No. 27 (c ) of 2021subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
