Without going into the finer details, learned counsel for the respondents, relying upon the statements made in the counter affidavit, submits that all admitted dues payable by them have been paid and with regard to the provident fund, request has already been forwarded to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 21.01.2014 itself.

Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum, if the provident fund for which request has already been forwarded by the respondents, has not been paid to her.
