The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to pay the retrial benefits to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the Special Bench decision of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C. D. & C. M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar (Sp. Bench) reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695. It is further submitted that even with regard to the dues of the petitioner, the respondents are making payment in a uniform manner relating to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2347 of 2012 dt.02-09-2015 2/2 all employees and the petitioner has also received some payments. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
