Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016 registered under Sections- 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and sections 53B and 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50568 of 2016 considering the antecedent of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months. In the other case in which petitioner has been made accused i.e. Matihani P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, petitioner has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15067 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravindra Kumar Sub Judge VI-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016.
