The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 13.04.2023 by the informant, Nabed Ansari. As per the prosecution story, the accused persons tried to construct a road on the private land of the informant and upon protest, allegation against this petitioner is of stabbing in the abdomen of his father, which according to the learned Sessions Judge, caused heavy bleeding.

Though, the opinion has been found to be reserved as observed by the learned Sessions Judge considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, for the present,
