Petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the IPC corresponding to Sessions Trial No.39 of 2019. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by this Court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.19231 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.67755 of 2019. All the prosecution witnesses save and except the Investigating Officer have already been examined.

Since the trial is at the fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37026 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within two months from the date of receipt of this order. The S.P., Kishanganj is directed to ensure the attendance of the Investigating Officer for his evidence on the next date of trial so that the trial must be concluded within two months.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Sessions Judge in seisin of the case, and the S.P., Kishanganj for information and needful.
