JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Kundan Kumar was arrested and he made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime. Subsequently, petitioner was too arrested and he made his confessional statement and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No. 06 of 2016.
