The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have been made accused in the present case on the
