JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-364, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and other FIR named accused are said to have kidnapped the informant's son, who is still traceless. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Sudamiya Devi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-052016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

No.31597 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
